No returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are captured in our system within 2 hours of order placement. Any changes to an order must be made within the 2 hours of placing the order.

Orders may take between 2-4 business days to process before shipping out.

Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (USPS, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form. All US orders ship with USPS only.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

When do you restock? The Glam Mafia always has hair in stock.

How long does processing and shipping take? Processing takes 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped out. All shipping takes 2-3 business days. Items out of stock take an extra 3 days for processing. All shipping is done through USPS. Once you make your purchase and the item is ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking number.

Does our business operate on Saturdays and Sundays? Yes, shipping and customer service issues are handled during business hours. We are open 24/7.

When can I start tracking my package? After receiving tracking number activity begins within 24 hours.

Can I adjust my order? To guarantee on quick delivery no changes can be made to an order. All sales are final.

Can I return my order? No all sales are final.

How many bundles should I order?

10'-24'= 2-3 bundles | 24'-30'= 3-4 bundles | 30'-34'= 4-5 bundles

What if I do not know my head circumference? That can be easily measured at home with measuring tape.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST? YOUR EXTENSIONS USAGE DEPENDS ON HOW PROPERLY WELL MANAGED, WITH PROPER CARE YOUR EXTENSIONS SHOULD LAST 18-24 MONTHS.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item before the item arrives with us. All pre-order items take about 2 weeks. An email will be sent if you have purchased a pre-order item.
